How to Find Out Your Ring Size At Home

1 Prep – Cut your paper strip; grab a pen and mm ruler. Wrap & mark – Wrap the strip snugly (not tight) around the base of the finger. Measure the exact finger and hand you’ll wear the ring on. Make a fine pen mark where the strip overlaps.

Tip: Measure at day’s end (fingers slightly larger); avoid cold hands or post-workout.If your knuckle is much larger than the finger base, aim for a size that slides over the knuckle yet sits comfortably.

2 Measure – Lay the strip flat. Measure between the marks you drew on the strip in millimetres—that number is your finger’s inner circumference.

Now use the below chart to find your ring size:

These are the most common sizes but the sizing ranges from A to Z.

Round to the nearest ½ size. If you’ll wear a wide band (≥4 mm), go ½ size larger for comfort. Measure 2 to 3 times and average.
